Client portal addition
Information used in the client portal
A referral or invitation code opens a temporary profile setup space. The name, phone number and service interest you save there are used to prepare your profile. You then choose an email address and password for future sign-ins, with email verification through our existing authentication provider.
The portal also keeps the support tickets, callback requests, onboarding appointments, approval status and EA download records needed to provide those services. Temporary profile setup does not itself approve a client account or unlock private downloads.
